OK so Monday night my brother drops by while I'm at my Tupperware meeting. He tells the boys how he saw the movie Paranormal Activity. Scariest movie he has ever seen! So I get home and the boys retell how uncle said he was scared to death. Now they want to watch it. The twins of course know they won't even be considered when I look at the ratings but the older boys are hopeful. So last night we brave the FREEZING cold and hit blockbuster. I look at the cover and decide that the older boys can watch it. We go home and put the twins to bed, shut off all the lights and get comfy on the couch. Can I just say don't waste your money. It was the dumbest movie I have seen in a long time! The boys agree. I kept waiting for it to get scary....never happened. Maybe because they put so much hype in this movie is the reason it was a let down. I don't know. I leave you today with my pastor.

Whoever gives thought to the word will discover good, and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD. Proverbs 16:20
Have you ever asked yourself these questions: "Who am I? Why was I born? What am I doing here? Where am I going?"
Life can be full of such questions. We look around and see a world that is vast and changing constantly. "Where do I fit in?" you might ask yourself. "What's my purpose for being alive at this particular time?"
These are not easily answerable questions. In fact, they can be overwhelming. There are times when you might feel helpless, useless, even ignorant of your circumstances and the reason for your life. To such questions, the world has dozens of answers - and no answers at the same time.
Conventional wisdom might say it's all about making big money, and achieving great fame, and owning lots of stuff and, well, you get the picture.
But in the end, these things won't do. Will they?
In the end, only love matters. And God has more of that than we could possibly imagine.
His love for you began when He created the world. And it continues until He holds you in His heavenly arms. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).
Put your life into Jesus' hands. He alone is the answer to your heart's desire.
